Focus on the true players

Sadly in my son's soccer side he is considered one of the lesser player's, now you all most likely know how I have described his
athletic attributes and so it's no surprise he is not the prized
player of his team, but what is sad is that unlike another team sport
he has been in that was meant "for fun" and "just for kids" they are all about winning and so he and 2 other kids are left on the bench most of the game.

The coach say's that they start on the bench so that they can learn via watching their team mates but as far as I was aware the only way to really learn anything is to get in there and do it. The Man thinks it's a joke as the entire team of 6 year olds all can't play, as 6
year olds do, that they out there to be with their friends, to have
fun, get some physical activity and just feel part of a team.

I'm currently the team photographer and webpage host. I just snap away
at whom ever has the ball and any good moments but because it's always the "strong" players on the field longer then the "learners", 90% of
the photo's are of them, so at tomorrow's game I'm going to highlight the true players of the team even if they are on the field for 10min.
I have a quick shutter and can assure at least 30 quality shot's of
the best 3 players of the team, those kids who really want to be there
even though they know they aren't the best.

Update: I couldn't make it to the match as Little Man is down and out with a horrible cough but The Man took Big Little Man. He called and said one "strong" player was late so they had to put a "learner" player on first up, but as soon as that "strong" player arrived they pulled the other player off the field, The Man said he looked heart broken. Why can't they just let them play!
